SIM800L GPRS GSM Module MicroSIM Card Quad-band TTL Serial Port

Then this module is what you are looking for. The SIM800L module is a quad-band device GSM / GPRS, works in the GSM850MHz, EGSM900MHz, DCS1800MHz and PCS1900MHz frequencies. This cell phone module that lets you add voice, text, data and SMS to your project in a small package, contains a surprising amount of technology in this small package. This version has a UFL connector. SIM800L uses the same chip as the FONA of Adafruit, module so you can use the same libraries.

By itself, this module can not do anything. a microcontroller is required to control! We suggest and use an Arduino but any microcontroller with a UART 3-5V can send and receive commands via the RX / TX pins. You will also need some additional accessories. These are not included! Primarily a 2G SIM chip.
