STLINK V2.1

STLINK V2.1 is a peripheral based on APMF103CBT6 microcontroller, which is used for debugging and programming with STM32 series microcontrollers.
It supports a SWD debugging interface and connects to a computer via USB. STLINK V2.1 can be integrated with many debugging environments, such as Keil, IAR, STM32CubeIDE, etc. It also supports OpenOCD and can use GDB for command-line debugging.
STLINK V2.1 has good reliability and stability. It also has many useful features, such as debugging combined with firmware upgrade capabilities. In addition, STLINK V2.1supports password protection, read/write protection, and hardware interface locking.
All in all, STLINK V2.1 is a powerful debugging and programming tool for STM32 that makes the development of embedded applications much simpler and easier.

The ST-LINK/V2 is an in-circuit debugger and programmer for the STM8 and STM32 microcontroller families. The single wire interface module (SWIM) and JTAG/serial wire debugging (SWD) interfaces are used to communicate with any STM8 or STM32 microcontroller located on an application board.

STM8 applications use the USB full speed interface to communicate with STMicroelectronic's ST Visual Develop (STVD) or ST Visual Program (STVP) software.

STM32 applications use the USB full speed interface to communicate with Atollic, IAR, Keil or TASKING integrated development environments.
