ESP32 18650 battery base battery protection overcharge and over discharge with USB2.0 socket module

18650 battery has strong 18650 battery charge and discharge capabilities. This is helpful for many projects.

This is a better solution than the 18650 shielded V1 that can be charged and discharged at 3A. It also has 4 LEDs to show charging status and dump energy. When the output current is less than 30mA, it can be detected that the target board is automatically turned off. The sleep current is only 6 uA.

When you click the button, the charging work will begin and the LED will show the dump energy. When you click for more than 2.5 seconds, the output will stop.
